Meditation

The location

Nestled in the heart of the Chiemgauer Alps, near Laubau, Ruhpolding, Waicher Hütte offers the perfect escape into nature. Far away from the noise of daily life, this simple yet cozy mountain hut provides a peaceful setting where you can truly disconnect and recharge. With breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain range, a nearby river, and many hiking opportunities, Waicher Hütte is the ideal base for outdoor adventures and deep relaxation. Breathe in the fresh mountain air, feel the stillness of nature, and gather around the fire to enjoy deep conversations.

The Food

At our retreats, we value a nutritious, and balanced diet to support gut health and keep the body strong and energized. Our half-board offering includes two warm meals a day, made with mostly organic ingredients, plus healthy snacks like fruits, nuts, and yogurt available for self-service in the evening. Our protein-rich meals are prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients. We also incorporate probiotic foods like kefir and sauerkraut juice to support gut health, digestion, and immunity. Whether you eat everything or follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, we cook according to your preferences. Enjoy tea and coffee anytime, and in the evenings, gather around the fire for a relaxed grilling experience – sharing good food, stories, and connection.

Your Retreat Experience

Day 1: Arrival and Welcoming

  • Arrive at the parking lot next to Laubau Holzknechtmuseum and hand in your phone 13:00

  • Hike to the hut

  • Settle in, welcome and introduction round

  • Grill & Chill

  • Bonfire & Game

Day 2: Strength and Creativity*

  • Wake up Gong at 6:30

  • Morning ritual – breathe, move, meditate

  • Breakfast together

  • Ice bathing and workout

  • Lunch together

  • Creative workshop

  • Relaxing Yin Yoga

Day 3: Nature and Exploration*

  • Morning ritual

  • Breakfast and packing sandwiches for the hike

  • Full-day hike through the beautiful trails around Ruhpolding 

  • Return to the cabin for a well-deserved dinner

  • Relaxing Yin Yoga session

Day 4: Reflection and Farewell

  • Morning ritual

  • Breakfast together

  • Closing round​ & Hike back down

How to get to Waicher Hütte

How to get there

Option 1: By car to Laubau Holzknechtmuseum, the car must be left in a paid parking lot in front of the hiking trail. (parking fee 9€ per day, 4€ of it can be used as a discount in the shops in the area)

Option 2: By train to Ruhpolding and then by bus 9506 to Laubau Holzknechtmuseum
