Our story
With our backgrounds in Sport & Exercise Science and Management & Technology, we, Nikolai and Ekaterina, combined our passions for movement, mindfulness, and human connection to create Mindful Warriors!

What started as just an idea to host retreats became a reality, expanded to weekly training sessions and grew into a thriving community. We created a space that nurtures well-being on all levels - body, mind, and soul. At the heart of Mindful Warriors is a holistic and scientifically backed approach to health. We believe that true well-being comes from balancing physical strength, mental resilience, and spiritual grounding. It’s not just about fitness, it’s about finding harmony within yourself and the world around you.

Our retreats allow you to step away from the pressure of daily life, detox from technology and reconnect with nature and yourself through different activities like sports sessions and yin yoga, and challenge your mental resilience with ice baths.
Now we’re introducing business training sessions that focus on sports, mindfulness, or both, offering organizations a chance to reset and recharge their teams.
We also host regular outdoor Sports & Networking events in Munich’s Olympiapark, bringing together like-minded individuals who want to stay fit, grow mentally, and connect.

Hi, I'm Nikolai. My interest in sports and movement has been with me since childhood. After successfully completing my studies in Industrial Engineering, I decided to follow my passion for boxing instead of pursuing a corporate career. However, after several years of training and competing, I realized that professional boxing wasn't my path. This experience, along with my work as a fitness trainer at Kieser, made me aware that my genuine desire is to help people lead healthier and more active lives. This brought me to Munich, where I completed my Master's degree in Sports Science at the Technical University of Munich and worked as an outdoor functional trainer. Additionally, I'm a certified stress coach, helping others cope with the challenges of modern life and find inner peace. I've been practicing meditation for many years and value the deep connection it brings to myself and my surroundings. Recently, we traveled to India to deepen our knowledge of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga. I'm excited to share my expanded knowledge and experiences during our retreats with all of you!

Hey, I'm Ekaterina, and I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich. During my studies, I realized that a life spent only in the office wasn't right for me. I want to be active, work with people, and help them lead healthier lives both physically and mentally. Dance has been a part of my life since childhood and remains a passion of mine. Alongside my long experience in classical ballet and standard and Latin American dances, I love exploring new styles like hip-hop, dancehall, and contemporary. In addition to my love for sports and movement, I also deeply appreciate nature, finding relaxation and inspiration while hiking. During our time in India, I completed a Yin Yoga training and tried out Indian dance. I'm excited to bring these new insights into our retreats and create fun experiences for you all!
