
Terms and Conditions Classes
1. Classes
Our outdoor classes take place several times a week. One unit is counted per class session, regardless of its duration (usually 60–90 minutes).

2. Holidays & Public Holidays
During Bavarian holidays and on public holidays, the class schedule may be reduced or paused. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Schedule Changes
Mindful Warriors reserves the right to change class times, instructors, or outdoor locations when necessary.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Due to limited spots, all classes must be booked in advance via the Eversports app.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before class starts.

For late cancellations or no-shows, the session will be deducted from your card or charged as usual.

In case of bad weather, the class may be moved (e.g. under a roof). If we have to cancel, your session will not be charged.

5. Class Cards & Validity

5-Class Cards are valid for 3 months, 10-Class Cards for 5 months from the first booking.

Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cards are valid for all regular Mindful Warriors classes (excludes workshops, retreats, or special events).

Drop-in tickets are valid for one-time use only.

6. Liability

Participation in all sessions is at your own risk.

We do not accept liability for injuries or health risks. Please inform us before class if you have any injuries or medical conditions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

7. Outdoor Classes & Participant Responsibility
Our sessions take place outdoors in most weather conditions. Participants are responsible for dressing appropriately for the weather.
In the event of extreme conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or change the meeting point at short notice.

8. Photos & Video Recordings
By attending a class, you agree that we may take photos or videos during sessions to use on our website, social media, or for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know before class.
Terms and Conditions RETREATS
1. Booking & Payment

After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with payment details.

To secure your spot, the full payment must be made within 1 week of booking.

Payment can be made via bank transfer.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, your payment will be refunded minus a €50 cancellation fee.
-
If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before the retreat start date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
-
If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat start date, the payment is non-refundable.
-
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior notice.

In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat, a full refund will be issued. However, we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

3. Travel & Insurance

Travel to and from the retreat location is not included in the retreat price.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and unforeseen circumstances.

What happens in the event of illness? - As with all other travel bookings, holidays or events, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in case you are unable to attend. This is available from just €30/year (e.g. from ADAC).

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate health insurance coverage.

4. Health & Safety

By booking, you confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in the activities.

If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance.

Participation in activities such as ice bathing, hiking, and training is at your own risk.

5. Digital Detox Policy
-
This retreat is a complete digital detox. Upon arrival, participants are required to hand in their phones, which will be securely stored until departure.

What if someone needs to reach me in an emergency? We understand that unexpected situations can arise. We will have one emergency phone available. You can provide this number to your family or close contacts before the retreat so they can reach us if you are needed.

No artificial light will be used in the evenings—just natural firelight, candles, and the stars.

6. Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. Any behavior that disrupts the retreat experience for others will not be tolerated.

Participants are expected to respect the schedule, fellow guests, and retreat facilitators.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Mindful Warriors and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, accidents, lost property, or personal issues that may arise during the retreat.

By booking, you agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being during the retreat.

8. Photography & Media
-
We may take photos/videos during the retreat for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in advance.

9. Agreement

By booking this retreat, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
