Our sessions are perfect for all fitness levels and are designed to combine functional training and meeting other people. You’ll challenge your endurance, strength, agility, and mobility - all while building connections with like-minded individuals.​​​​

Functional outdoor training session in Olympiapark Munich – strength and connection with Mindful Warriors.

Boxing and fitness boxing

Outdoor boxing pad work with coach Nikolai Gerstner – functional stress relief training in Munich.

Monday & Wednesday 18:00 - 19:30, Olympiapark

Meeting point: next to the playground at Connolystraße 27

A powerful mix of boxing techniques and functional exercises, our fitness boxing sessions deliver a full-body workout that boosts both strength and cardiovascular fitness. Perfect for stress relief and staying in shape, these sessions are an engaging way to build endurance, coordination, and resilience.

What to bring: boxing gloves (and optionally mouthguard) if you have some, if not, it's okay, you can use our equipment. 

Ice Bathing

Ice bathing session in the Isar with Mindful Warriors – cold exposure for resilience and mental clarity in Munich.

Ready to strengthen your immune system, and challenge your mental toughness? Join us for an ice bath at the Isar and enjoy the energizing power of cold exposure! We will guide you through breathwork, an ice bath, movements, and a cozy tea time to connect with the group afterward.​

What to Bring: Warm Clothes, Towel, Swimwear (ideally dress already before), Flip Flops if you want, and good mood :)

Yin Yoga

Coming again in summer 2025

Yin Yoga with instructor Ekaterina Georgieva at Mindful Warriors mountain retreat near Munich.

Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative yoga practice that aims to stretch and strengthen deep connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. The poses are held for a long time, often between three and five minutes, leading to deep relaxation and improved energy flow in the body. This practice promotes flexibility, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace by addressing both body and mind.
