Mindful yin

Coming again in summer 2026
Rest, recover and find your inner peace. Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative yoga practice that aims to stretch and strengthen deep connective tissues such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. The poses are held for a long time, often between three and five minutes, leading to deep relaxation and improved energy flow in the body. This practice promotes flexibility, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace by addressing both body and mind. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and bring your own yoga mat if you have one.  Weather Policy: The Yin Yoga session takes place outdoors only if the weather allows it. In case of rain, we'll have to cancel the class or move it to another day.
