A full week in the mountains, focused on one thing: getting better. Set at 2050m at the National Sports Complex Belmeken, this is your chance to step away from distractions and fully lock in.
We train 2-3 times a day - boxing, wrestling, strength & conditioning, and recovery sessions - all designed to challenge you and level up your performance. You’re here to improve and see what you’re capable of when you stay consistent.
Surrounded by nature, fresh mountain air, and a group of people who are on the same path, you’ll build discipline, resilience, and real connections along the way.
This isn’t just a holiday. It’s a reset. A week to focus, train hard, and come back stronger - physically and mentally.

The location
Located at 2050 meters in the mountains, Belmeken offers a unique training environment where nature and performance come together. Used by national and club teams, the altitude, fresh air, and quiet surroundings create ideal conditions for both physical performance and mental clarity. Away from distractions, you can train with intention, recover well, and fully immerse yourself in the process. Enjoy full board nutrition throughout your stay, with three balanced meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - freshly prepared every day to support your performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
